the hotel's location proved quite convenient near the water transportation and the bus station. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful . my room included a spacious bathroom.
i observed that the rooms have a sparse quality to them. my room lacked even two bedside tables near the bed. also, the air conditioning unit was quite old and produced a lot of noise.

the location is great near public transport options. A VAPORETTO station is very close to the building. I found a supermarket nearby, TOO.
my room was not like the pictures. THERE was no desk, though it was promised. The outdoor seating area was closed with no furniture.

the location was close to the water bus, so getting around was relatively easy.
The air conditioning in my room barely worked, and despite reporting it, the staff didn't resolve the issue. I ended up moving to a smaller room just to get some relief from the heat, it was frustrating!

The location is very convenient near the bus and rail terminal. A canal outside the front door made it easy to use the water ferry. Breakfast included many options. The staff were friendly and happy to help.
I had to take heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs. The clerk was not helpful. There were mosquitos in the room.

terrible facilitiesnonfunctional air conditioning
The air conditioning did not function properly. Staff claimed it was fixed. This was untrue! I was moved to another room, yet the issue persisted. They suggested waiting for it to cool down. Ultimately, they moved me to a smaller room with functional AC after I insisted. The facilities were terrible and not worth the money. I do not recommend this place if you value comfort.
